Meadowood Estate
Napa Valley, CASurrounded by sweeping vineyard views and mature trees on Howell Mountain, the Meadowood Estate feels like the setting of a European fairytale. Working with Miami-based practice The Weber Studio, we executed an extensive renovation and addition to this Tuscan-style villa.
A private driveway leads to a grand court framed by native oak trees and crowned with an art installation.
We demolished the estate’s north wing and garage, remodeled the existing main residence and added floor space across all levels of the east wing. We constructed a new north wing and a second dwelling unit.
The living spaces balance everyday comfort with entertaining on a grand scale. A resort-style pool overlooks a Wine Country canyon, and the terraced landscape accommodates elaborate occasions. The result blends luxury with open country living.
