CEO

There’s a calm certainty to his words that comes from hard-earned experience, solid instincts, and a deep understanding of what makes people tick and projects run smoothly. As a leader, Tim builds from people’s strengths and positions them for success—their own and that of the project. He makes sure that every voice—from the job site to the client table—is heard. With an architect’s training, a deep appreciation for design, and years spent in the field, he bridges design intent and real-world execution, seeing how spaces come together and what it takes to turn drawings into reality. He values fairness, steady progress, and the kind of collaboration that earns trust through follow-through—cutting through the noise to determine what serves the design and the people building it. Branden McDonald

Director of Development

Like a gifted director, Branden is an expert at harnessing the energy of the team and eliciting the best performance from everyone involved. Project Executive

As a second-generation builder and a fourth-generation Sonoma County grape grower, Pete brings the same respect for craft and patience for process to construction—knowing when to lean on tradition and when to adapt. He has the innate ability to assess any situation, taking note of details others might overlook, and make a comprehensive plan to get the job done right. He’s spent his career learning how to bring order to complexity, whether that’s a hillside estate, a winery rebuild, or a historic restoration after a fire. For him, the work has always been about people—clients who trust, teams who collaborate, and young colleagues finding their footing—and that is still what guides him today.

Mike Sweeney

Vice President of Business Development

Gregarious and genuine, Mike bridges leadership, clients, and teams with a mix of old-school integrity and street-smart adaptability. A former athlete, he brings that same drive to every project—no shortcuts, no ego, and always playing to win together. Known for his open door and clear communication, he handles issues head-on and keeps projects, and people, moving forward. Guided by instinct and grounded in experience, he believes every great project starts with trust, clear communication, and unfaltering follow-through.

Controller

Pete brings calm, order, and integrity to every part of the business. As controller, for over 14 years, he has served as Centric’s sturdy guardrail, helping shape the systems that keep our operations steady and our teams supported. Direct, pragmatic, and quietly exacting, he believes that the long way is the short way—and that a clear process lays the groundwork for great work to happen.
