The Bella Oaks residence is a 7,500sf vineyard estate located in Rutherfored. This project entailed selective deconstruction of the existing structure retaining specific portions of the interior finishes.

The construction project began in the third quarter of 2011 and completed in 2014.

The erection of a 20,000sf tent over the entire project site, allowed all construction activities to continue during inclement weather.
