Sterling Vineyards

This project had a substantial amount of smoke damage in several of the buildings on campus and two outbuildings that were burned completely. The tram was removed and replaced; the scope consisted of removing the existing tram, performing extensive civil and utility work, and building completely new tram stations. In addition, we also built a brand-new water tunnel to replace the property’s damaged water storage unit.
